CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

The manual with this item is inaccurate and appalling. How does one set the time and date together the other settings which are user adjustable. Is there a decision tree anywhere?

Morning! Thank you for your enquiry.

The Autosound device's manual does not feature information on how to adjust date and time, just as you have mentioned. The best way to do so is through the implemented system menu on the device. To access this option, do the following:

On your Autosound DVR dashcam, press the 'menu' button > press the 'Menu' button a second time (this will bring up the second set of menu options) > select 'Date and Time' (the Record button is your select button, up and down keys to navigate) > lastly, using the up, down and record keys, adjust your date and time accordingly. Once the correct time and date has been set, the device should remain up to date (however, if the device is left 'off' for a series of days, the time may need to adjusted again).

The Date Stamp can be turned on and off via the Camera Options (requires a single press of the 'menu' button).

There are more options available to you within the system menu, such as; Date/Time, AutoPowerOff, Beep Sound, Language, Frequency, Format, Default Setting, LCD Off & Version. Camera options include; Resolution, Loop Recording, Exposure, Record Audio, Date Stamp & G-Sensor.

We hope we were able to answer your question!  Have a great day!

Regards,

WilcoDirect
